WHO'S LIFE REALLY MATTERS

There has been a lot of media given to the Black Lives Matter movement lately and many high profile people and organizations and businesses have jumped on board floating massive sums of money to the organization and making speeches identifying themselves with BLM. I wonder if they have ever looked at the BLM position or demands?

Defund the Police. 

Demilitarize the Police. 

Disarm the Police. 

Dismantle the Police. 

They further demand that all jails and prisons be closed permanently. They claim themselves to be a Marxist organization with a military wing. There are social media reports of the leader of the Toronto faction, just a few years ago, sending out a Twitter message praying to Allah to hold her back from killing whites who are the inferior race. This is all contrary to the letter from Apostle Paul who noted in Romans 13 : 1 Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God.2 Consequently, whoever rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves.3 For rulers hold no terror for those who do right, but for those who do wrong. Do you want to be free from fear of the one in authority? Then do what is right and you will be commended.4 For the one in authority is God’s servant for your good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for rulers do not bear the sword for no reason. They are God’s servants, agents of wrath to bring punishment on the wrongdoer.5 Therefore, it is necessary to submit to the authorities, not only because of possible punishment but also as a matter of conscience. There is definitely a godless path that much of society is taking today in the wanton destruction of cities, injuring and killing people, burning government institutions and anarchist attacks with one goal only; the destruction of a free state and safe environment for humanity to live in.

I read an item that speaks volumes and replaces all segregated lives matter statements. "2000 years ago Jesus Christ died on the cross proving once and for all that each and every person's life matters to God". The root problem, as I see it, is there is no Jesus in the lives of the majority. If He was in their lives then loving one another would be the norm and people would never give in to what is going on today.
